The Passport Project, completed in June 2023, utilized a team effort in assisting the US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District with streamlining their Official Passport Application Process. A team of 4, including myself as project manager, utilized Microsoft Teams, Articulate, Storyline, Canva, Microsoft Word, Adobe, and the US Army Corps of Engineers website in order to create information for employees regarding the Official Passport Application Process. An infographic was created using Canva, Adobe, and Word in order to inform Corps employees of the difference between a tourist passport and an official passport, as well as, the passport appointment process. A job aid was also created utilizing Teams, Storyline, Articulate, and USACOE site to assist employees on the US Official Passport Application process.  Overall, I learned  a great deal regarding being a project leader, working with stakeholders, and working with various technologies and programs.
